It has been 60 to 70 degrees outside this week and I’m beginning to wonder if we will ever get some snow. In our neck of the woods it can be 70 degrees one day and the next day 28 degrees. March is still around the corner and we may still get a dusting of snow. I posted in my last recipe that easy recipes are my go-to right now! This yogurt parfait is definitely a grab-n-go breakfast or snack. If you already have granola made up its easy peasy! I like to eat Greek yogurt in the mornings when I don’t have time to cook. It has very little sugar and lots of protein. I drizzle mine with some honey and it is delicious.
Greek Yogurt Parfait
Serving size 1
1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
5 or 6 strawberries cut or any berry
3 tablespoons granola
1 tablespoon raw honey
- Place 1/4 cup of yogurt in bottom of glass.
- Top with 1/2 of the berries, granola, and honey.
- Dollop another 1/4 cup of yogurt.
- Top again with other half of berries, granola, and honey.
