  1. Mmm smoothies are my favorite!! I use Vega Protein and Greens in all of my smoothies and its a great way to get in easily digestible veggies + protein first thing in the morning!

      Vega Greens are awesome! I need to try the Vega Protein. I agree with you, smoothies are such an easy way to make sure you’re getting everything you need nutritionally.

      I love putting kale, spinach, and even chard into smoothies. It makes it so much easier to get all of my greens in for the day. Plus you can alter everything to your personal taste. I hope you enjoy it!

      Yes, all of the ingredients are safe during pregnancy and breastfeeding. I drank them while I was breastfeeding my son and they were a great solution for a quick meal and energy boost. The greens, flax seeds, chia seeds, oats, and coconut water are fantastic for you and your little one. Packed with lots of nutrients you’ll both benefit from 🙂

  2. So many great recipes! And none of them have too much fruit. I often find smoothie recipes to be so calorie and (natural) sugar loaded that they lose the healthy intention. thanks for sharing these!

      I do enjoy fruit smoothies too, especially as a summer treat. I agree that people tend forget about all of the really healthy foods you can add to really bulk up your smoothies without adding loads of fruit.

  3. As soon as the sun starts shining after a long winter, my craving for smoothies hits! Can’t wait to try these delicious and beneficial options, especially the blueberry and oats. Such an easy way to treat our bodies well!

      It really is! The blueberry and oats is not only yummy, but filling as well. It’s also great as breakfast meal replacer.
